Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Strategic Relationship Management:
- Drive revenue and adoption of pints.ai's AI solutions by acquiring and nurturing long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships at the C-level, and acting as a strategic partner.
- Develop, manage, and execute against account plans tailored to each client’s business objectives and technology needs.
- Work closely with BDR team to activate qualified leads and drive opportunity conversion
Consultative Selling & Technical Expertise:
- Articulate the value of pints.ai’s private AI solutions, addressing clients’ specific challenges in the financial sector, including data security and regulatory compliance.
- Act as a technical expert, capable of discussing AI architecture, data management, and deployment processes with clients’ technical teams.
- Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling AI-driven solutions based on evolving client needs.
Project Management & Client Success:
- Ensure successful implementation of pints.ai solutions, working closely with internal teams such as product, sales engineering, and customer success to ensure clients’ goals are met.
- Regularly engage clients with business reviews, sharing insights into AI performance, and proposing strategies for optimizing usage and increasing return on investment (ROI).
Industry Collaboration & Territory Growth:
- Leverage market insights and industry trends to position pints.ai as a leader in AI for the financial sector, particularly in data-intensive environments.
- Develop partnerships within the fintech ecosystem to drive further market penetration.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing and sales teams to develop case studies and success stories that highlight pints.ai’s capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, particularly within AI, SaaS, or FinTech environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of AI/ML technologies, data security, and their applications in regulated industries like finance.
- Consultative Sales: Strong consultative selling skills, with experience presenting to and building relationships with C-level executives in large organizations.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; an MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.

- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and build consensus across different teams.
- Curious and willing to open the hood and get into the nuts & bolts of Generative AI
