EUSEA & Global Parcel Business Development BU is the leader in the globalization and marketization of Cainiao's business, responsible for the construction of overseas local logistics networks in Europe and Southeast Asia. The business segments include:
Overseas Local Express Delivery: COE has now taken shape, and overall order volume has increased to a new level.
Freight Supply Chain: Building local freight and supply chain networks!
Logistics Technology Innovation: Specialized products such as market-oriented self-pickup lockers, IoT, SaaS, etc.
Job Description
1. Last mile fleet management;
2. Working hour: 7:00 to 16:00; 5.5 days per week;
3. Continuously develop and manage last mile delivery fleets suppliers including delivery service providers, freelancers, regional partners etc.,
4. Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Lat Mile operations functions, including full accountability for setting and achieving operational goals, analysis and forecasting
5. Set up and implement last mile operations process and SOPs to realize expected quality and performance;
6. Train to fleet and drivers.
Job Requirements
1. >1 years proven work experience in logistics industry with last Mile delivery Experience;
2. Fluent in English, Mandarin will be preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Open to intercultural working environment.
4. Initiative, drive for result, and resilience.
5. Sense of data and structured thinking.
