Human Resources Executive

Principle Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Full Spectrum HR Management: Oversee all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits and offboarding.
  • Foreign Pass Application: Process and manage foreign work pass applications (WP, SP, EP) in accordance with Singapore's immigration regulations.
  • Training and Development: Timely updates on training record, Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Staff Welfare, Insurance, and Childcare Claims: Manage employee welfare programs, administer insurance claims and policies, and process childcare and maternity claims as required.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and a seamless offboarding process for departing employees.
  • MOM Surveys: Ensure timely completion of any MOM surveys sent to the company, such as the Labour Market Survey, to maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • HRIS Systems: Accurately input and manage employee data within the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Utilize HRIS systems effectively to manage employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for creating presentations, analyzing data, and drafting documents/letters.
  • Document Management: Maintain and ensure proper documentation of HR-related records for easy retrieval of information when required.
  • Carry out all other activities as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a strong focus on generalist HR functions.
  • Proven experience in handling foreign work pass applications (WP, SP, EP).
  • Knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and other relevant labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems.
  • Immediate availability to join the team.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
