  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Our client, an organization in the public health sector, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop HR plans and initiatives that align and support the business objectives of assigned business units
  • Implement Human resource strategies and participate in other HR/ organization-wide projects
  • Provide HR Consultation to management and staff
  • Assist in Talent acquisition and Talent Management for assigned Business Unit
  • Work closely with the HR Shared services team to provide full spectrum of HR services
  • Advise on performance management related matters, resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances, if any
  • Monitor and report on manpower and succession plans
  • Work closely with other HR teams to align and achieve synergies on performance appraisal exercises, salary & bonus reviews etc
  • Partner and work closely with relevant parties to develop and strengthen the managerial and leadership capabilities and succession pipelines for the organization

Job Requirements

  • Degree in a Business/ Human Resources or related qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Good working knowledge of employment regulations and guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
