Key Responsibilities
• Manage key accounts and provide support to the sales team (quotations, sales orders, invoices).
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and finance teams for timely deliveries.
• Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Track sales performance, prepare monthly sales reports, and update customer databases.
• Support marketing activities like product launches and promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
