  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager at Motivo Inc Pte Ltd in Singapore. The candidate will be working with a team ensuring efficient project management on a day-to-day basis from inception to post project completion.

The candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Attend design brief/ presentation as part of a team

• Handling all project administration documents (Submission of PTW, schedule, BOQ, tender documents, etc)

• Develop project program and schedule

• Supervise and monitor work on site

• Chair weekly site meeting, document meeting minutes and provide site progress report

• Ensure that each project is being carried out within project budget, schedule and design intent

• Provide project close-out documentation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years prior experience in Project Management / Construction Management in corporate design and build environment. Consultancy background candidates are welcome as well.

• Proficiency in Autocad and MS Project.

• Strong communication skills to be able to engage with stakeholders through all levels.

• Independent and has eye for detail.

• Good knowledge of project documentation required for commencement of works and project close-out including OMM.

• Willing to work after office hours and weekends when required.
