Responsibilities:
- Prepare yearly project list, budgets and 5 years projection.
- Prepare tender drawings, contract document for electrical and upgrading works.
- Conduct site survey for upcoming projects.
- Supervise and commission the electrical system.
- Meeting client and contractor for the progress of projects.
- Process and monitor monthly progress claim for projects.
- Attend to complaints and advise client on the appropriate repair work to be carried out.
- Update and review electrical project file according to ISO.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Recognised degree in the field of Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years working experience in design, supervision and maintenance of electrical installations and other electrical related works and services
- Knowledge of electrical and computer software applications including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- Knowledge of design, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical system
- Possession of LEW certification will be advantageous
- Ability to work as team
