  • Responsible for daily Export customer service operations.
  • Work closely with other Schenker Airfreight functions to streamline processes and reduce wastage.
  • Responsible for new business implementation. Understand customer requirements and take lead for business implementation.
  • Promotes a continuous learning culture and partner with stakeholders to ensure employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain operations excellence.
  • Responsible for team’s yearly appraisal.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant studies
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the industry with 4 years in people management
