  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Client Delivery & Recruitment Oversight: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of hiring goals.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates and reports to clients, employee performance, and overall account health
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency


Requirements
  • Singaporeans and PR preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Business Partnering or Talent Acquisition, preferably within an RPO model
  • Skills:
    • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
    • Proven expertise in employee/employer management and performance management
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Preferred:
    • Previous experience managing large-scale recruitment projects within the RPO framework
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
