As an Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in the investment team by conducting in-depth market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities. You will work closely with senior analysts and partners to evaluate startups and assist in the investment decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and investment opportunities within the technology sector.
  • Financial Modeling & Valuation: Develop and maintain financial models to assess the viability and potential returns of investment opportunities. Perform valuations using various methodologies.
  • Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing relevant data, including financial statements, business plans, and market analyses.
  • Investment Thesis Development: Collaborate with the team to develop clear investment theses for prospective deals, summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Portfolio Support: Assist in monitoring and supporting portfolio companies by analyzing performance metrics and providing strategic insights.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including investment committee meetings.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking or management consulting firms.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent research and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with the Southeast Asian technology landscape and investment ecosystem is a plus.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
