  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are inviting candidates for the position of: Accounts Service Executive (Client Servicing)

The Accounts Service Executive (Client Servicing) is responsible for managing clients and coordinating with internal and external partners. He/she will be part of the events teams, working along side with our projects teams to deliver a successful event.

Salary:

  • Up to 3k/Month

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-sales and marketing support activities
  • Resourceful & able to effectively explore and conclude sales opportunities
  • Able to actively generate new accounts & maintain existing accounts
  • Responding to sales enquiries in writing and on phone
  • Liaising with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their needs are met
  • Maintaining of good relationships with overseas and local clients
  • Exceed customer satisfaction
  • Manage and work on event related documentation and administration
  • Quotation, invoicing and payments
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth deliverables
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in Sales/ Event Industry
  • Diploma equivalent cert. & above
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, Independent, strong communication skills and a team player
  • Attention to details
  • Able to Handle Stress & Multi-tasking
  • Possess Strong Interpersonal & Customer Service Skills
  • Language proficiency: Effective communication (Verbal and written) in English and Mandarin
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Candidates well versed in IT/ AV Equipment an Advantage
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
