  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in marketing, with proficiency in Canva and video recording/interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives.
  • Assist in creating and following detailed work plans to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Conduct daily media monitoring and report relevant trends.
  • Manage social media campaigns, including posting, monitoring, and engagement.
  • Design marketing and promotional materials using Canva, and create/edit videos as needed.
  • Update and maintain the event website with fresh content.
  • Prepare and update regular marketing reports.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
