About The Team
Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

What You Will Do
1. Partner closely with HRBPs and leaders to ensure Talent Acquisition strategies are aligned with Trust and Safety People strategies.
2. Partner with global & regional hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines.
3. Lead key initiatives and projects for the Trust & Safety, by working with cross functional partners that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
4. Work with large sets of numbers and data, and be able to translate data into insights to influence stakeholders and drive better hiring decisions.
5. Lead a TA team in APAC and build a high performing team.
6. Act as the employer branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok's culture in a meaningful way.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with at least 2+ years of team leading.
- Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders. Ability to take initiative to get things done in tandem with developing strategies and hands-on execution
- A results-oriented self-starter who is data-driven, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks.
- Demonstrated capability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise independently to deliver key business objectives.
- Experience developing relationships and influencing across all levels

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and/or willingness to partner with international colleagues and stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.
