  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Client:

Our client is an international PE group now seeking high calibre associate to join their M&A deal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Analysis: Conduct due diligence, valuation modelling, and opportunity assessment.
  • Proposal and Presentation: Prepare proposals and presentations to effectively communicate investment opportunities.
  • Process Management: Oversee the investment process, assist in valuation and structuring, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor performance, enhance efficiency, and maximize profitability.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience from boutique – mid size investment bank, M&A advisory firms, consulting firm or other related disciplines.
  • Skills: The individual should possesses excellent analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, curiosity, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
