  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with equity terminals on a regular basis to review operating and financial performances with the view to maximize profitability through increased productivity and efficiency
  • Assist to set, monitor terminals' KPIs and explain the performance gaps
  • Prepare and/or present regular updates on the performance of the terminals, its related projects and/or ongoing discussions
  • Review terminals’ annual budget including capital expenditure plans and assist Management approvals
  • Review terminals' existing processes for opportunities to improve and implement best practices
  • Work across departments to manage
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline including Maritime Studies, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Engineering
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in container terminal management
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for higher position
  • Good business judgment skills and strong analytical skills required
  • Intermediate software proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis and financial modeling
  • Candidates from other industries are welcomed to apply.
  • Candidates with Shipping or Marine Terminals related experiences would be considered favourably.
  • Basic knowledge of structure of contracts
