We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ultra-high net worth clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand clients’ financial goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Conduct regular client reviews and provide insights to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and client engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or other related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the private banking or UHNW insurance sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Language – good command of English and Mandarin
