Prerequisites:

1. Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience:

  • 10-15 years of experience in management roles, with significant experience in senior leadership positions within the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in managing a manufacturing plant and overseeing multiple departments.
  • Experience leading change initiatives and managing transitions in dynamic business environments.

3. Certifications:
