Given this success in our existing markets, Shark Ninja has embarked on a bold plan for growing APAC business, in which APAC plays a critical role.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a eCommerce Key Account Manager, SGMY to join our team. This role will be based in Singapore.

Position overview:

Reporting to the eCommerce Director – SG/MY, the eCommerce Key Account Manager will drive both strategy and execution of our sales acceleration and growth targets to scale on Amazon, Lazada, Shopee and our dot.com.

Responsibilities

  • Driving both internal sales targets (gross and net) and platform-aligned targets on assigned online accounts.
  • Driving Joint Business Planning and target setting, negotiate terms, visibility and any other support to enable mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ensuring on-time New Product Development (NPD) launches on assigned online platforms, collaborating with brand marketing teams and relevant agencies to achieve NPD targets and incremental business to grow the SharkNinja online presence and category share.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators for enabler from annual and campaign targets, inventory forecasting, operational excellence SLAs, campaign execution and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with eCommerce Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing and agency teams in eCommerce Assets development – content, livestream, videos, social, ratings & reviews, key opinion influencers to drive conversion and transaction value for both Shark and Ninja brands.
  • Collaborating with eCommerce Marketing Manager on digital shelf performance metrics and executing recommendations provided from search across paid and organic in prioritized categories, competitor insights to improve sales conversion.
  • Weekly and Monthly timely reporting of sales targets, campaign results and relevant KPIs, including recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in eCommerce, brand, key account management with proven track record of driving and delivering on sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Shopify) and familiarity with key media platforms and trends (Meta, Google including YouTube, TikTok).
  • Strong analytical skills to work with large data sets (e.g. Excel) and to distil them into actionable insights for sales growth.
  • Project management skills with high attention to detail, well organized and the ability to independently prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a high level of self-initiative to negotiate with external partners and navigate cross-functional stakeholders in different locations to drive consensus to meet timelines.
  • Ability to travel per business needs.
  • Relevant industry experience with multi-market management or hands-on experience in eCommerce marketplace platforms, FMCG key account management, brand management for businesses with established online presence will be advantageous.
