Position Overview:
As the CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organization. You will be responsible for managing all financial aspects, ensuring sustainable growth, and enhancing our financial performance. This position requires a dynamic leader who can align our financial goals with our overall business strategy while navigating the rapidly evolving fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives and enhance shareholder value.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Capital Management: Oversee capital structure, investment strategies, and funding initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, in accordance with GAAP and other applicable regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership, board members, and investors to communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Partnerships: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, product development, and sales, to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage fintech solutions to enhance financial processes, reporting, and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role, ideally within the fintech or payments industry.
  • Proven track record of driving financial strategy and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with financial technology and digital payment systems is highly desirable.
