Who You'll Work With

The HR Director, Supply Chain - Asia role is a Singapore based role, reports to the Senior Director, HRBP, Product Supply Chain based at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton USA and will collaborate across all HR COEs. This role is aligned to the Global Supply Chain and their leadership teams. Alongside your team, you'll help build and implement HR Strategy across Footwear, Apparel and Materials Manufacturing.

Who We Are Looking For

The HR Director, Supply Chain - Asia, is responsible for providing solutions, thought partnership and business talent strategies to senior leaders and their teams. We are looking for a passionate HR leader to communicate, execute and deliver key HR programs, best practices and people solutions to our Footwear, Apparel and Materials Manufacturing VP's across Asia in key markets including (but not limited to) Singapore, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia and South Korea. The ideal candidate will bring -

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Behavioral Sciences or related field
  • Minimum eight years of demonstrated HR Generalist and/or HR Specialist experience, preferably supporting business units and leaders in Asia. Two additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience supporting executive leaders in matrix organizations
  • Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight and proven enterprise thinking
  • Demonstrable experience developing and managing a portfolio of distinct business leader partnerships, particularly in helping them manage significant organizational change during periods of realignment and growth
  • Experience managing, coaching and developing own direct reports

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience leading or partnering with Org Design/Org Effectiveness, Talent Management, and Talent Development
  • Proven experience setting and leading organizational effectiveness, organization efficiency and design initiatives, as well as multi-year talent strategies

What You'll Work On

In this role, you will build organizational alignment and capability through development and/or facilitation of appropriate leader focused interventions with both global functional and geo teams (e.g., team effectiveness, org design, employee engagement, etc.). You'll -

  • Support the strategic workforce plans that are aligned with business strategies and objectives and apply diagnostic skills and core metrics to guide COEs in the shaping of appropriate and innovative HR solutions
  • Provide HR expertise on business strategies, as well as sound business expertise
  • Be accountable for, succession, and career planning, while also sharing business inputs with COEs and People Solutions, enabling them to create business focused solutions
  • Provide strategic consultation and coaching to enterprise leaders on team and talent strategy and organizational issues that contribute to growth of the business and the team
  • Serve as a key resource for our manufacturing leaders through sensing, listening and providing sound mentorship
  • Act as an HR change agent who thrives in ambiguity, is flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced organization and can demonstrate strong executive communication and presentation skills to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Evaluate and identify leadership and management gaps and provide solutions grounded in Nike leadership competencies
  • Able to work closely across multiple cultural contexts and time-zones
