Job Scope


  • Assist on rates quotations / filing / maintenance / renewal of quotation & contracts.
  • General administrative functions relating to pre-sales activities.
  • Supports the customer contact by preparing customer documents.
  • Supports the customer planning and implementation process.
  • Provides customer information and supports the identification and qualification of Sales leads.
  • Engages customer periodically with Key Account Managers / Sales for active interactions and involvements.
  • Coordinates support of the Sales organization by the Sales Support Specialists.
  • Performs general administrative functions and maintenance of staff discipline.
  • Responsible for upkeep of ISO standards / Audit requirements / Environmental awareness and ensure maintenance of customer contracts for team.
  • Performs any other duties assigned by immediate superior.


Job Requirements


  • Broad understanding of the forwarding business
  • Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities
  • Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent basic business skills
  • Experience with MS offices e.g. Outlook; experience with CRM tools preferred
  • Diploma/ degree with at least 3-4 years of work experience
