- Lead and manage Group’s regional finance team
- Responsible for Group consolidation of regional accounts
- Supervise and manage financial reporting processes including monthly management reporting and analysis, SGX reporting and statutory reporting
- Analyse and review areas including costing, WIP inventory, segmental performance
- Review costing, provide analysis and suggests improvements to operations
- Provide guidance and supporting the regional accounting team with relevant accounting standards, laws and regulations
- Review of journals and management accounts
- Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax and statutory requirements
- Cashflow and debt management
- Review and implement Group’s accounting processes and internal controls
- Liase with external and internal auditors and professionals
- Budget/forecast preparation, updates and review
- Assist CFO with process improvements, ERP implementation and alignment of Group strategy
- Assist CFO in preparation of Board papers
- Opportunities for business travels to regional offices
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Audit working experience with exposure to SGX reporting environment preferred
- Exposure to manufacturing sector preferred
- Strong knowledge in SFRS and SFRS(I)
- Possess excellent MS office skills, especially MS Excel
- Team player, meticulous, good communication and interpersonal skills
