  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A global asset manager known for their multi asset innovative portfolio is looking to hire an experienced Product Development professional to join their team in Singapore. This is to support evolving and growing business needs.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Global Head of Product Development, you will lead new product development initiatives for the platform. A multi-faceted role, you will work closely with the investment, capital raising and client services teams to support the formation of new private market funds. This involves fund structuring, managing due diligence, preparing fund documentation, engaging in investor negotiations, leading to successful fund launches. In addition, you will research into investor trends, keep abreast of current competitive and regulatory landscape and be involved in projects supporting institutional processes across various work pillars.

Requirements

Ideally, you are degree qualified with 15+ years of relevant experience including product development/ product management in the asset management industry. You have a proven track record in private equity, real assets/real estate and/or alternative assets. Prior expertise in private funds and engaging with institutional investors would be highly valued. You have strong project management skills and are able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions. To succeed in this role, you would have to be commercial, innovative, analytical, resilient and a strong communicator.
