Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Regional Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to support Chagee’s international expansion in SEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning market entry strategies, designing and implementing impactful events and activations that drive brand awareness and engagement, as well as partnering country marketing teams to run effective initiatives and partnerships that are on-brand. This role requires a well-rounded marketer with a passion for brand management, events activation and cross-functional collaboration.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in the initial launch phase of Chagee in emerging markets; plan and execute market entry strategies to drive brand awareness, growth and market share
  • Plan and execute key marketing initiatives and campaigns in various SEA markets, including agency management, designing 360 events, planning of marcomms, establishing partnerships and coordination of resources
  • Ensure that country marketing teams receive the necessary support for localised initiatives, including resources, guidance and approvals
  • Coordinate with country marketing teams to align initiatives with overall brand strategy and goals
  • Ensure that marketing campaigns and initiatives maintain brand integrity
  • Monitor market performance and provide actionable insights to optimise initiatives
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices across markets to enhance performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Country Marketing, Store Operations, User Operations, Legal, Supply Chain, R&D) to drive cohesive market strategies
  • Maintain open and effective communication channels with market teams and regional leadership

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in market management, brand management within F&B, consumer goods or retail industries
  • Proven track record of managing multi-country markets (MY/ID/TH/PH/VN) and driving brand growth
  • Experience with running impactful consumer events
  • Strong understanding of SEA region’s market dynamics and consumer behaviour
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin and at least one other local SEA language is a plus to communicate with stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel within SEA region as needed
