Everiday Foods is seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator for a 3-6 month contract to support the execution of our marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Head of Branding to manage day-to-day marketing activities, including our new market entry into Malaysia and the official launch of our new cookie line at The Gifting Edition of Boutique Fairs Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, driving brand growth during the peak holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination: Manage the scheduling, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in planning and posting social media content (Instagram and LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy. Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
  • Influencer Collaboration Support: Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end and amplify brand awareness.
  • Event Support: Assist with the planning and logistics for Everiday’s participation in pop-ups and fairs during this period, including event setup, product display, and promotional activities.
  • Project Management: Work with internal teams and external vendors (graphic designers, printers, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, social media metrics, and sales data to provide actionable insights to the Head of Branding.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign coordination or digital marketing.
  • Experience with managing influencer campaigns, preferably in the food, lifestyle, or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
