Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Leasing Executive to join our dynamic team at KFC & Pizza Hut Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our property portfolio, identifying new site opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lease Management:

  1. Negotiate lease renewals and manage existing leases for KFC & Pizza Hut properties.
  2. Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.

Market Analysis:

  1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential new locations.
  2. Analyze market trends and feasibility to support strategic expansion plans.

Site Evaluation:

  1. Perform site visits and assessments to evaluate potential locations for new outlets.
  2. Prepare detailed site evaluation reports for management review.

Relationship Building:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial landlords, property agents, and government agencies.
  2. Negotiate favorable terms for new leases and renewals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align real estate strategies with business goals.
  2. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth site transitions and openings.

Reporting and Documentation:

  1. Prepare and present regular reports on lease status, market analysis, and new site developments.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all real estate transactions.

Brand Visibility:

  1. Identify and secure opportunities for signage and branding at new and existing locations.
  2. Enhance the visibility and presence of KFC & Pizza Hut through strategic placements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in tenancy management, leasing, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  1. Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  2. Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
  3. Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Personal Attributes:

  1. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  3. Independent worker with a collaborative approach.

Training:
