Role Overview:

As the Fundraising Manager, you will play a key role in securing essential funding for our sustainability-driven initiatives. Your mission is to develop and execute strategies to attract funders, donors, sponsors, and investors and secure critical funding, ensuring Planet Priority can contribute significantly to environmental conservation and sustainable development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and Execute Fundraising Strategies - Develop strategies for raising funds from investors, companies, foundations, and individual donors.
  • Build Lasting Relationships - Maintain long-term partnerships with sponsors, donors, and partners for ongoing support.
  • Find New Funding Opportunities - Identify and pursue new venues and means of obtaining investments, funds, grants, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Teams for Proposals - Work with different teams to create persuasive proposals, pitches, and impact reports.
  • Lead Fundraising Campaigns and Events - Plan and manage impactful fundraising campaigns and events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Possessing a record in partnership development, sponsorship acquisition, fundraising, or related fields, ideally within sustainability or social impact sectors.
  • Skills: Adept in negotiation, communication, and persuasive proposal writing.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven, and fueled by a passion for sustainability and positive planetary impact.
  • Flexibility: Thrive in a commission-based compensation structure tied to your fundraising prowess.
