My client is evolving into a digital-first consumer retail organization and is looking for a Digital Marketer to join them. You will lead all digital marketing efforts in Singapore, driving campaigns that align with the brand and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a digital marketing team focusing on performance marketing and social media
  • In charge of the overall digital marketing growth targets
  • Be the digital marketing champion and offer strategic guidance
  • Oversee and manage digital marketing budgets
  • Analyze and evaluate digital marketing performance, providing regular reports for review
  • Oversee content management and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Maintain strong relations with global HQ
  • Site Planning and Operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of digital marketing experience with at least 3-5 years of people management experience, ideally in consumer lifestyle, retail, or fashion brands
  • Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns and platforms like Google Ads and Meta
  • Google Analytics experience is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
