Our client is a luxury retail brand with a global business and they are now hiring for a Marketing Insights Manager for their Singapore office. This is a really exciting role where you'll work as in insights consultant, managing a wide range of internal stakeholders and driving understanding in the business around consumers, competitors and markets, answering questions like:

• What are our competitors doing in the marketing space?

• What opportunities are there for new marketing strategies or campaigns?

• How do our marketing campaigns impact brand perception and sales?

• How can we develop effective messaging for our customer profiles?

As an insights consultant, your role will have a heavy focus on secondary research and you'll need to be resourceful in understanding what data is required and where to access it. You will collect a range of data from different sources (e.g. third party vendors, social listening, internal sales data etc) and at times may be involved in conducting primary research (quantitative or qualitative).

You should be comfortable turning data into insight in the form of presentations and reports, and then feeding this into non-technical stakeholders. Because your role will feed mostly into marketing strategy within the business, you'll need to be well equipped to help marketing teams develop plans, refine campaigns and capitalise on the opportunities you've identified.

Requirements:

-Minimum 5+ years of experience in related roles (e.g. insights, quantitative market research, strategic planning, marketing strategy)

-Strong understanding of marketing (particularly digital marketing)

-Ability to translate insights and data into reports and presentations

-Experience working with marketing teams

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
