Our client is leading a digital transformation at the heart of their strategy, with a strong focus on e-commerce, CRM, and digital marketing. They are looking for an experienced Order Management Systems lead to manage projects, integrations, and operations for their North Asia and South Asia Pacific, Middle East North Africa (SAPMENA) regions. This role involves managing partnerships, compliance, and ensuring that e-commerce platforms and fulfillment systems are performing optimally.
The Role
• Lead and manage Order Management System projects, developments, and change management.
• Collaborate with IT, digital teams, and business users to drive e-commerce platforms across North Africa & SAPMENA regions.
• Ensure compliance and governance in project management, system performance, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as the IT liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Work on optimizing OMS processes and integrations with platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTokShop, Kakao, and more.
• Manage marketplace interactions and align developments with SAP and digital teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, system audits, and policies.
• Lead offline and online retail and digital initiatives for e-commerce.
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree required, PMI certification and Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years of e-commerce experience, with 6-10 years overall in Tech Operations/Supply Chain.
• Proven project management experience, particularly with D2C and B2B supply chains.
• Strong understanding of the Order to Cash process and stock reconciliation.
• Familiarity with marketplace platforms and project management methodologies (Agile preferred).
