Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all CAPEX, A&A and AEI Projects meet the Time, Quality and Budget requirements.
  • To prepare and manage project schedules and budgets, and constantly seek improvements in cost management/savings.
  • To identify, select and establish good working relationships with consultants and contractors with the right capabilities to meet our requirements.
  • To plan, manage and monitor project deliverables including safety and risk management, and ensure effective management of consultants and contractors to fulfil all contractual obligations.
  • To work in close consultation with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive review of all user requirements.
  • Review project contractual terms and conditions with procurement and/or legal teams
  • Monitoring of project works on site and also to manage post-project follow up including DLP and warranty issues.
  • Track and report on project progress, identify potential risks and issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • To seek continuous improvements through value engineering and other methods
  • Prepare weekly or monthly project and cost status reports for review by the HOD.
  • Perform project support duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in projects and facilities management, engineering, real estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or related roles within the real estate industry.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
