  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

You will plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities to meet the needs of companies in diverse industry sectors such as Energy & Chemicals, Food, etc.

You will manage customer leases and provide support to our customers' operations within these facilities. This includes fostering partnerships with our customers, building win-win relationships and conducting research to understand industry needs.

You will also be involved in a wide range of activities including lease or tenancy management, formulating marketing strategies, conceptualising new products, buildings and engaging communities, budgeting and reviewing policies. Your work encompasses overseeing and handling issues related to estate and property maintenance.

What we are looking for:

  • Preferably background in Real Estate, Geography, Business, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with keen interest in the Real Estate industry, engaging and supporting companies/industrialists and desire to contribute to Singapore's economic growth
  • Strong communications, strategic thinking skills and written ability
  • Strong conflict resolution & interpersonal skills to engage internal/external stakeholders
  • Positive attitude and resilient
  • Resourceful and able to multi-task
