  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Services Manager (Cloud) who will lead the implementation, management, and operations of cloud infrastructure and data analytics services for clients, ensuring seamless cloud solutions. This role will supervise a team of IT professionals, handling both initial deployments and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cloud infrastructure delivery and operations on public cloud platforms.
  • Manage a team of IT specialists, including cloud engineers and support staff.
  • Control departmental budgets and review project scopes and large deals.
  • Ensure efficient and scalable service processes aligned with ITIL/ITSM standards.
  • Monitor team performance and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams to deliver high-quality service.
  • Identify process improvements and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in cloud service delivery, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Expertise in cloud migration strategies; AWS certification preferred.
