Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform receptionist duties such as welcoming students and parents, handle walk-in visitors or send reminder messages to parents/students, etc
- Provide good customer service at tuition centre to parents and students
- Perform operational duties such as printing of lesson materials, responding to parents’ enquires, schedule make-up lessons, informing teachers on student attendance, assist students with reward redemption, assist to bring young students to toilets, etc
- In charge of cleanliness at reception area and classroom at start of the day
- Conduct assessment and complete enrolment process for new students (training will be provided)
- Prepare centre for opening at start of the day and closure of centre at the end of the day
- Handle payments and relevant administration duties pertaining to payment collection
- Prepare students’ folders with lesson materials and attendance sheets
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties
- You will be reporting to the Centre Lead in ensuring the smooth operation of the tuition centre.
Working days/hours:
Saturday 9:45am to 5:45pm (7 hours, 1 hour lunch break)
Sunday 9:45am to 5:45pm (7 hours, 1 hour lunch break)
Commitment: Need to work at least 3 Saturday or Sunday per month for a minimum of 6 months
You will be reporting to the Centre Lead in ensuring the smooth operation of the tuition centre.
Requirements:
- Minimum O levels and above
- Enjoy working with children
- Good customer service skill and communication skill
- Outspoken and have a positive attitude
Candidate with prior admin and customer service experience will be an advantage
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
