  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Formulate, develop and implement new business requirement and process jointly with business and product owners in the Cards & Personal Loans unit to increase market share, group profitability

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement improvement plan to existing business, system processes and workflows to increase productivity & efficiency, reducing cost of operations and address security concern
  • Understand & propose business proposition & requirements, so as to be able to develop solutions.
  • Participation of preparation business requirements
  • Initiate/review user requirements
  • Review and sign off of functional specifications
  • Actively participate in meeting with business, IT and other internal stakeholders

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy and IT or equivalence
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Cards, Personal Loans related type of project management / customer management
  • Strong analytical and implementation skills, demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and drive change across a complex organization and multiple stakeholders both locally and regionally.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism and a strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics.
  • Must demonstrate can do attitude to look forward to solutions
  • Ability to identify patterns or connections between situations that are not obviously related and to identify key or underlying issues in complex situations
  • Have a good understanding of Agile approach to system enhancements, and be the domain expert for Agile concepts for Cards & Unsecured Lending Unit
