Our client, a leading Multinational American Technology company, is in search of a seasoned Sales and marketing professional who possess a background in enterprise B2B marketing within the software or technology sector, including experience in creating marketing campaigns, developing sales enablement materials, and managing virtual events.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B lead generation campaigns aimed at Internal Communications, and C-Suite audiences.
  • Plan, manage, and execute both proprietary and third-party events, including virtual and in-person events, webinars, digital campaigns, social media initiatives, email campaigns, and telemarketing efforts.
  • Create content for events, including agendas, speaker briefs, slide decks, social media posts, and sales enablement materials.
  • Stay abreast of and apply innovative campaign strategies and execution techniques.
  • Handle post-event tasks such as lead management, data organization, and coordinating with follow-up teams to maximize ROI.
  • Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners in a dynamic environment.
  • Thrive in managing multiple diverse projects under shifting conditions and priorities, working independently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Over 8 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities with a knack for managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of marketing and business processes.
  • Eagerness to continually learn and refine marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication, multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal interactions.
  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken), and Mandarin language is a plus since this role will cover APAC and GCR regions
  • Capable of working autonomously and managing time effectively and skilled in organizing and maintaining confidential information.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and webinar platforms.
