Information and Communication Technology, Deputy Director
- Supervise and lead the ICT team to be in-line with business direction and strategy
- Support in the charting of overall IT strategy and roadmap for the organization and in the implementation.
- Oversee the execution and monitoring of operational functions of overall IT Infrastructure.
- Supervising the change management process for hardware, software, equipment & facilities to minimize the disruption to service.
- Establish a reliable and secure Information Technology Infrastructure for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
- Set up and ensure compliance with internal and external polices, procedures and regulations.
- Support Unit Heads in reviewing of business processes, software evaluation and system implementation.
- Oversees and manage the entire portfolio of IT projects to ensure timely execution of project plans to meet business requirements.
- Facilitate risk assessment and issue resolution throughout all phases of the project lifecycles. Facilitate effective communication to ensure good partnership with stakeholders and vendors.
- Drive the implementation and deployment of IT-related innovations in the organisation so as to transform the business and service delivery.
- Act as the Deputy Data Protection (DPO) for the organization.
- Act as the Management Representative (MR) of the organization to achieve and maintain the IS027001 certification.
- Manage the IT financial resources, assets and operations effectively and efficiently so as to transform the business and service delivery.
- Prepare annual budgets and proposals to enhance business cost-effectiveness and enhance reliability of operations and services.
- Manage and develop the capability of the ICT team to ensure that the team is able to deliver and fulfil the goals/targets of the organization.

- Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Certification in ITIL, PRINCE2/PMP is preferred.
- Possess more than 10 years of experience in IT field with 7 years of managerial exposure.
- Ability to delegate work with clear goals and instructions.
- Experience in managing IT Infrastructure projects and implementations.
- Excellent knowledge of web portals, social media and new media/network related technologies.
- A service-oriented person with good leadership qualities and analytical skills.
- Self-motivator and good team player.
- Able to work under pressure in fast-paced work.
- Good project management skills.
