Join our fun, young team as a Part-Time Kitchen Assistant! We’re looking for someone to start immediately on an ad-hoc basis, with flexible availability across mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities:
Production & Baking:
Follow the day-to-day production schedule and ensure the products are prepared according to the recipe.
To ensure that all products are consistent in quality and appearance by following the recipes precisely.
To maintain the central kitchen inventory, allowing the production schedule to be carried out smoothly.
Others:
To comply with the kitchen SOPs.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure a smooth operation.
Assisting the head chef with various tasks as needed
Supporting general kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas to comply with food and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
A positive, reliable team player who can follow directions closely
Prior kitchen/baking experience is a plus, but not required
Food Hygiene Certification is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Prior kitchen/baking experience is a plus but not required
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
