Responsibilities:

•Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, embodying our brand values through courteous and professional interactions

•Maintain a visually appealing and organised reception area that reflects our brand image and values

•Receiving customers with a high level of professionalism by greeting, welcoming, directing and connecting them to the respective parties appropriately

•Check and open company letterbox daily

•Receive and distribute incoming mails and deliveries

•Management of local and international courier service, including vendor’s monthly reports

•Maintain the cleanliness of APAC Brand Experiential Centre

•Be attentive and able to handle all the pets that enter the showroom

•Maintain a deep understanding of all products to effectively address customer inquiries

•Responsible of promoting HICC Pet’s products to customers who step into our APAC Brand Experiential Centre

•Responsible for the sales at APAC Brand Experiential Centre•Responsible for the stocks at APAC Brand Experiential Centre

•Ensure APAC Brand Experiential Centre is always well-organised, clean and visually appealing to attract and retain customers

•Ensures execution and maintenance of all Visual Guidelines as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the experiential centre is meeting standards

•Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products, and market conditions to provide relevant insights and recommendations to customers

•Operate P.O.S machine and handle cash and other payment methods professionally, courteously

•Ensure stocks are always replenished on the display shelving

•Participate in monthly inventory stock take

•Handling customer feedbacks, complaints and concerns to enhance customers’ experience

•Responsible for packing the online order and send out to customers

•Ensure smooth processing of mail orders request

•Familiar with all promotional events for the company

•Record and handle any defective and damaged goods and highlight to management in a timely manner

Requirements:

•Diploma in hospitality or services related

•Good communication with a positive mindset

•Ability to read and understand product labels

•Ability to work on weekend if needed

•1-2 years of relevant working experience in retail sales or having experience in hospitality or customer service industry

•A dynamic and highly motivated individual with ability to multi-task effectively

•Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

•Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

•Able to work independently and willing to learn

•Strong sense of responsibility with a positive can-do spirit

•Well-groomed, possesses good interpersonal skills and communication skills

•Proven work experience in luxury or beauty field will be an advantage
