  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • The Claims Executive will manage a portfolio of clients, and adopt a pro-active approach to advice clients on claims matter and provide technical support to servicing brokers.
  • The Executive will front clients' claim adjudication i.e. from registration till the end of claims life cycle.
  • Ensure that claims are registered with insurer
  • Ensure close follow up on claims submission to insurer and claims settlement
  • Prepare and provide weekly / monthly claims activity / review / analysis reports
  • Prepare, review and analyze claims profiling with clients regularly.
  • Ensure proper documentation trail submitted by clients and documents are electronically fille and hardcopy filing are maintained as per protocol.

The Successful Applicant
  • Knowledge on insurance/reinsurance industry
  • Strong numeric skills and good written skills
  • Familiar with MS Excel
