Our team is made up of 50+ people in Sales and Operations focussed in providing every client a committed team dedicated to building and developing healthy portfolios for them through forging strong relationships in this dynamic society of ours.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling and directly liaising with new and existing clients covering both general insurance and corporate solution businesses

• Liaising with various Insurers to prepare insurance quote to client's enquiry

• Prepare insurance renewals, endorsement processing and handle claim enquiry

• Engagement with underwriters regularly

• Coordination of agent’s commission reimbursement

• To process new insurance proposals accordingly

• Support a customer request end to end

• Perform policy reviews, assess, and make sound judgement

• Provide support and services to Financial Consultants on General insurance matters

• Provide administrative support and tasks as assigned

• Be involved in ad-hoc projects

Technical skills

• Proficient in English (speaking and writing)

• 2-3 years of admin and customer service experience

• Insurance industry and product knowledge/experience preferred but not necessary

• General skills on Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Diploma in any discipline

• Marketing experience preferred

Soft skills

• Creative problem solving and decision-making skills

• Customer oriented

• Good multi-tasking and stakeholder management skills - dealing with clients, supervisors, and team of advisors

• Confident public speaker - required to do presentations to corporate clients
