  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: IT Business Analyst - Data

Location: Singapore

Overview: Join a dynamic Data Team driving transformative change in data analytics and operations efficiency seeking an IT Business Analyst (Data) to support our global users in harnessing the power of data for decision-making and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line support and troubleshooting for users, capturing issues in JIRA.
  • Assist users in setup and utilization of the data platform.
  • Act as a Data Steward, ensuring data governance and access control.
  • Conduct business analysis for small changes and projects, collaborating closely with users and IT teams.
  • Drive Agile delivery as a Product Owner, from concept through testing and training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a numerate subject or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role in finance or commodities trading.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Azure Databricks.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and methodical approach.
