Job Description

  • Responsible for designing and managing the loyalty program campaigns, promotions, tournaments, and continuously enhance the loyalty program to drive retention and boost acquisition
  • Constantly evaluate the campaign & promotion’s performance and optimize member acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Develop and manage the campaign & promotion’s calendar and drive the execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives and programs by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assess campaign effectiveness by preparing tracking reports and analyzing results
  • Partnership management – engage & liaise with potential new partners and maintain relationship with existing partners to drive acquisition and boost retention
  • Keep up to date of the latest market trends/competitor analysis and continuously innovate loyalty program offerings
  • Conceptualize campaigns & promotions to drive retention and boost acquisition. Manage pre-campaign planning, campaign execution and post-campaign evaluation to ensure efficient and effective event management
  • Ensure all policies and procedures of approved Casino events are prepared and executed in compliance with the Company and statutory regulations
  • Perform day-to-day operational, admin and system support, such as collaterals preparation and vendor liaison

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to details, strong organizational skills and possess good time management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work on selected weekends and public holidays
