Job Scope

  • Coordinate payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing for Southeast Asia (SEA) in collaboration with a third-party payroll vendor, including income tax submissions.
  • Assist in the implementation of a global payroll vendor.
  • Collaborate with business units to support employee benefits and leave enrolment.
  • Aid the HR Business Partner in managing employee life cycle activities, such as onboarding and offboarding.
  • Oversee external vendors for payroll, benefits, and mobility administration, including insurance renewals, assignments, tax reporting, and audits.
  • Work with immigration vendors to handle work pass renewals and applications.
  • Partner with business units to maintain the HRIS system and ensure all documents are stored in employee personnel files.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree and above
  • At least 2 years of HR payroll experience (Regional payroll experience preferred)
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, team player
