Responsibility:

The objective of this role is to recruit cross-border sellers ,GS vendors and manufactories. You will be responsible to help them to onboard Walmart marketplaces promptly, to provide necessary business guidance and to also remove potential barriers for them.

You will also be taking lead in helping GS vendors / manufactories to build operation teams and co-working with our training team to get these GS vendors / manufacturers well trained by providing the best possible experiences.

You are anticipated to participate in/or lead initiatives/projects with cross function teams to improve both internal teams' efficiencies and external customer and seller experiences, such as seller quality, seller onboarding, etc.

You are required to establish & maintain positive relationship with various 3rd-party service providers, local associations, manufacturer sectors & governance departments for in-depth product category resource collection and maintain highest professional standard.

Basic Requirement:

1. Relevant experience in e-commerce, experiences in cross boarder trade industry preferred;

2. B2C sales experience recruiting and managing numbers of customers.

3. Experience on independently analyzing & solving problems

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5. Ability to work with strategic sellers and famous brands

6. Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and work with cross functional teams

7. Ability to initiate, lead and manage projects outside of primary responsibility

8. Advanced MS office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)

9. Fluent in English and local language

Preferred Qualifications:

1. B2B experience with manufacturers and suppliers and in-depth knowledge of local manufacture status is a plus.

2. Strong willingness to learn new things preferred.

3. Strong ability to work independently and think critically and logically.

4. Experience with e-commerce or retail would be an advantage.

5. Experience influencing and organizing others, whether in a direct management capacity or through experience managing projects.

6. Strong ability of data mining and analysis
