Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the Environmental Engineering division, focusing on business growth and strengthening capabilities.
  • Lead all functional areas, including Projects, Business Development, Commercial, and Engineering Design teams.
  • Shape and implement strategies to ensure business growth, profitability, and expansion both in Singapore and internationally.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in water, solid waste, and renewable energy sectors within the environmental engineering industry.
  • Enhance the company’s engineering expertise, services, and product offerings to grow the client base.
  • Take charge of preparing and leading bids and tenders for various contract types in both local and overseas markets.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management, engineering, or design, specifically in the environmental sector.
  • Expertise in the water, wastewater, and solid waste industries.
  • Strong experience in managing projects, driving business development, and handling commercial negotiations.
  • Technical expertise in environmental and related engineering fields.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, with excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
