Our client is a prominent player in the Aerospace and Aviation industry, currently expanding their team in the APAC region. They are seeking a skilled Customer and Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Position Summary:
- Deliver technical support for Aerospace Communication products.
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate problem-solving efforts.
- Conduct technical follow-ups on equipment in service.
- Provide support to major airlines and ensure satisfaction across various programs.
- Manage and escalate support cases as needed.
- Engage with customers through meetings and provide after-sales performance support.
- Represent the company at customer visits and exhibitions in APAC.
- Support the sales team with technical pre-sales assistance.
- Handle customer interactions via multiple communication channels and collaborate with internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Technical expertise with a BSc or MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with 2 to 5 years of experience in the Aerospace sector.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
- Familiarity with aerospace aftermarket services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
