Responsibility:
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Yealink's overseas cloud business, ensuring the stability and reliability of platform services, and discovering and solving performance bottlenecks
- Follow the internal processes of the enterprise to operate. Responsible for event management, service request management, problem management, and operation and maintenance change management. Responsible for the update and deployment of platform software, and the construction and maintenance of core systems.
- Handle sudden major failures and common failures, and restore services. Analyze the root causes of events, and improve and optimize them.
- Develop and maintain automated operation and maintenance tools to improve operation and maintenance work efficiency and optimize operation and maintenance processes.
- Provide 7 * 24 OnCall technical support services and 5 * 8 working hours services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, and more than two years of work experience in related fields; Computer-related majors, proficient in Linux operation and maintenance, and skilled in using common operation and maintenance tools such as containers, Kubernetes, Ansible, etc. Those with operation and maintenance experience in cloud vendors such as Azure and AWS are preferred
- Master at least one scripting language: python/shell, etc., and those with language development experience such as Go/C/C++ are preferred
- Have good work document habits, and write and update work processes and technical documents in a timely manner as required
- Good service awareness, communication skills, learning ability and learning initiative.
