Who is the Client Solutions Manager?

The Client Solutions Manager plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between Asurion’s product vision and the client’s needs and expectations, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives. They act as a key interface for product solutions throughout the sales process, fostering a trusting, advisory-oriented relationships with clients. The client solutions manager has the ability to clearly identify, define and articulate the product value proposition to clients. They are also responsible for the development and implementation of GTM solutions and activities which align to the objectives of the product offering and client’s market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to evaluate current product performance, identify innovative solutions, and drive value / strategic success.
  • A key player in the sell-in of Asurion’s product vision and product offerings, ensuring alignment with client positioning and business outcomes.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, advisory-oriented relationships with clients, understanding their business conditions, goals, and operational challenges.
  • Act as a facilitator, adapting approaches based on the client’s motives, interests, and needs to achieve success.

Product Advocacy and Communication:

  • Present product needs compellingly, developing a strong case for Asurion’s product offerings, ensuring alignment with client visions and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the client’s market, trends, business strategy, and objectives.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Foster a collaborative environment, championing strong coalitions around product initiatives and go-to-market activities, assisting and advising clients with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing overlaps, gaps, or areas of ambiguity, ensuring alignment on priorities.

Innovation and Growth:

  • Lead initiatives with cross-functional teams to build solution constructs that support Asurion’s product investment prioritization and overall product strategy.
  • Utilize industry and client information to identify and evaluate customer business problems and goals, suggesting product solutions aligned with the client’s business objectives.

Collaboration with Product Development Team:

  • Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure the client’s needs and expectations are integrated into the product development process, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes client-focused product solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the Product Development team, communicating client feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform and enhance the product development strategy and execution.

Collaboration with Client Program Management Team:

  • Provide support and insights to the Client Program Management team during the localization process of solutions and the deployment of new client programs.
  • Troubleshoot and lead solutioning efforts where client specific solutions are required due to localisation or regulation.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in client solutions or a related role.
  • Proven experience in product launch, business strategy consulting, and data analysis.
  • Strong experience in creating, proposing, ‘selling’ concepts or products and strong presentation skills, articulating messages clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to confidently represent perspectives at peer-level meetings and facilitate conversations leading to solutions.
  • Possesses a strategic and future-oriented mindset for effective planning and decision-making.
  • Demonstrates strong capabilities in managing clients and projects to meet objectives efficiently.
  • Knowledgeable in behavioral economics and its practical applications in various scenarios.
  • Capable of quickly building rapport and adapting to diverse people and situations.
  • Displays high emotional and intellectual intelligence, adept at positioning concepts for impactful resonance.
