Key Responsibilities:
Executive Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract senior-level executives aligned with RWS's business goals.
Stakeholder Management: Partner senior leadership teams to define job profiles, hiring needs, and develop talent pipelines for executive positions.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including executive search firms, headhunting, networking, and leveraging personal contacts to find suitable candidates.
Talent Assessment: Lead and manage the entire executive search process, including interviewing, assessment, and negotiations with candidates.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact through the onboarding process.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices related to executive talent.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with executive search firms and other recruitment vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring solutions.
Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and use data-driven insights to continually improve the executive hiring process.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with 5+ years focusing on executive-level hires, preferably in a hospitality or large, multinational organization.
- Proven expertise in executive search and recruitment strategies.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the executive talent market in Singapore and globally.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive executive-level information.
